 d just how demanding -- and vital -- this role can be.The Caring for the C
 aregiver presentation is designed especially for you. It offers an opportu
 nity to pause, rest, and recharge. During this presentation, we'll ex
 plore how informal caregiving can affect both mental and physical health. 
 You'll learn why self-care is essential--whether you are caring for a
  family member, children, or a friend--and how prioritizing your wellbeing
  supports those you care for.Participants will practice practical, realist
 ic strategies to help manage stress and maintain balance, along with disco
 vering helpful resources to support ongoing self-care for caregivers.Regis
 tration through the Michigan State University Extension program is highly
