Week Calendar

Please join us for this informal group of people that meets weekly to quilt, sew, embroider, and more. Drop in and bring whatever you are working on. All are welcome and no registration is necessary! 

Welcome to the Kindness Club! This program is all about spreading kindness and having a lot of fun. Once a month our participants will gather and work on a craft or project.

WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music with instructor Marilou Slagter.  Expect to sweat and burn about 500-900 calories each hour of WERQ!
