Breathe, bend and read together with stories, rhymes, and songs. Children will develop literacy and coping skills with simple poses and mindfulness exercises. Following our storytime session, we will have sensory exploration time. Feel free to bring your own mat or the library can provide a special child-sized mat for your practice.
