Join us for story time and get to know the awesome people in your neighborhood.  Young children and their caregivers are welcome to join us for stories, songs, and movement.  After storytime, we will have a craft or exploratory play including sensory play, for children and their caregivers. Story Time is a fun and simple way to practice early literacy and social skills that little ones will need as they continue on into school.

This informal program is a fun and engaging way to explore early literacy practices along with social and imaginative play. Stay and Play is a great program to introduce young children to story time on a smaller scale. 

 Each session begins with a gathering for songs and movement and a short story led by Miss Katie. Children and caregivers are invited to stay and play after this brief interaction. We will have liquid tiles, big blue blocks, balance challenges, and more. 

Patrons AGES 9 and up are invited to join us at the library for a club just for kids. This is NOT a Book Club is not your traditional book club. On the day of the program, we will hang out, talk about the book, create a themed craft, and play games. Once you have registered for our program, you can swing by the library to pick up your copy!  Attendance Policy: If you register for the children's book club and don't attend (without canceling your registration by the start of the program) twice in a row, you will not be able to register for the children's book club for two months.
