Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  It’s a total workout, combining all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility with a serious dose

Please join us for this informal group of people that meets weekly to quilt, sew, embroider, and more. Drop in and bring whatever you are working on. All are welcome and no registration is necessary! 

Come and make a herb trug basket with instructor, Laurie Zientek. Adult class. Cost: $28, which can be paid at the class.
Class will be held in the Library's lower level program room.

WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music with instructor Marilou Slagter.  Expect to sweat and burn about 500-900 calories each hour of WERQ!
