Get inspired by the past! In this new program, we will read a picture book biography about a real-life hero, trailblazer, or changemaker-then bring history to life with a fun craft or hands-on activity. From artists and activists to scientists and explorers, each session highlights someone who made a difference in the world. 

December Book is Hello Neighbor! The Kind and Caring World of Mister Rogers by Matthew Cordell

Join us as we explore the kind and caring world of Mister Rogers through the book "Hello Neighbor!" Kids will learn about this beloved TV personality who taught generations of children about kindness, feelings, and being a good neighbor. We'll create special "You Are Special" mirrors to take home as a reminder that each person is unique and wonderful just the way they are.
